
We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and analytical VP of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales team to manage large customers.
You will lead the sales teams and work with other cross-functions to establish target quotas, compensation, and the optimal team structure. You will work with leaders across our sales team to ensure our organization hits our sales and revenue goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage sales teams (hire, develop, motivate) and maintain sales operations
- Outline and manage sales budgets
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals
- Create and execute the sales strategies
- Provide detailed sales forecasting
- Closely work with Sales Reps advising on their current deals
- Closely work with the Customer Success Manager to review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
- Closely work with the Partnerships Manager to deliver the key objectives through strategic partnerships
- Execute and achieve revenue goals.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field of study
- Proficient English
- A secondary foreign language, advanced (German, French, Spanish, Chinese)
- Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role/ Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with working in a SaaS environment with specific sales funnel management, quota, and revenue expectations
- Proven and demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Good knowledge of Hubspot/ certified
- Experienced in international business growth
- Know-how on publishers and programmatic development
- Proficient in ads systems of Facebook, Google, Tik Tok
- Strategic thinker, positive outlook, and amiable personality
- Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical, and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar position in a SaaS environment, with a proven success track record in international sales development. He is cross-industry knowledgeable and used to handle a multi-cultural international environment. He is an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships.
