As a Customer Success in Bright Spaces you will make sure our clients are happy.
This role will give you the opportunity to own your own path to success – you’ll have a high level of autonomy and accountability. Our culture is built on trust and proactivity. Everyone has the space to create and innovate, while owning the responsibility for their project.

Being part of Bright Spaces you will:
- Collect the required data from new customers to have a smooth onboarding process
- Help our customers to make the most out of Bright Spaces’ platform
- Engage customers (leasing, marketing, asset management teams) to use our platform
- Handling customer requests – including proactive issue resolution
- Build an internal documentation / user manual base for new colleagues (we are a high growth company, new colleagues will join us every month) as well as a client facing one
- Foster self service and automation
- Build the strategy of a ticketing system for our customers and coordinate the implementation with our product team
- Implement a process to prioritise and manage customer requests
You’ll be a great fit with the team if you have strong knowledge with:
- 2+ years of experience with customer-facing roles (sales, customer success, account management, etc)
- Experience developing strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Project management experience with agile software development teams
Would be awesome if you have experience with:
- Knowledge within the real estate sector
- High growth companies that go from startup to scale-up
- Digitalisation of traditional processes and manual tasks
- Upsell / Renewal mechanisms
You:
- Have the ability to translate customer feedback into feature requests for the product team
- Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills and you are also organized and analytic
- Are proactive. You make it work even when you get “no” as a response
- Are a great team player but you also don’t mind working independently
- Are interested in understanding complex business requirements
