Cristian invests in early-stage startups, partnering with founders from the earliest stages to help them build companies with lasting competitive advantages. He joins the boards of portfolio companies post-investment, taking a hands-on role across strategy, operations, and growth — bringing the kind of active board engagement that bridges the gap between capital and execution.
Cristian holds a double degrees in economics and law, an MBA from the University of Sheffield, and a PhD from Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where he serves as Lecturer. His research and teaching focus on entrepreneurship, investments, AI, and supply chain.
